Our bylaws state that 25% of our membership constitutes a quorum at our annual meeting. We need to reach that number, in person or by proxy, to complete business.
We will be electing our incoming board members (Maintenance and Tennis), reviewing the financial standings of the club, and answering questions.
There are no proposed bylaw changes this year.
If you cannot attend the meeting on Oct. 26th, please complete a proxy form so that we may count your vote and our new board members may begin their roles. A proxy assigns your vote to another Mill Glen member who will be present. One vote or proxy per member family please.
